As Nationalist car enthusiasts, we can be quite proud as Dutchmen; DAF, Spyker and Donkervoort all come from an orange family. Donkervoort has survived, despite a total production of around 40 units per year. In addition to his active lobbying of the government, where according to him (HULDE), the speed on motorways could best be increased to 200 km/h, Joop Donkervoort was also very busy with his first concept in 1978. The Donkervoort S8, based on a Lotus 7.

Just like Porsche, Donkervoort has something to be very proud of. Almost all of the cars produced (a total of around 1500 pieces) are still in circulation. Donkervoort hat überlebt, trotz einer Gesamtproduktion von etwa 40 Einheiten pro Jahr. Neben seiner aktiven Lobbyarbeit bei der Regierung, die seiner Meinung nach (HULDE) die Geschwindigkeit auf Autobahnen am besten auf 200 km/h erhöhen sollte, war Joop Donkervoort 1978 auch mit seinem ersten Konzept sehr beschäftigt. Der Donkervoort S8, basierend auf einem Lotus 7.

Unserer? Natürlich mit Zertifikat! Ein völlig originaler Donkervoort D8 vom zweiten niederländischen Besitzer. Niederländisches Renngrün mit einem gelben Streifen. Abgesehen von seiner aufregenden Erscheinung ist er nach Aussage des Eigentümers auch ziemlich praktisch und nicht zu übersehen. Ausgestattet mit dem sehr potenten Ford 'Zetec' Motor aus dem Rennsport, mit nur 57 Tausend Kilometern auf der Uhr. Bringt eure schmalen van Bommel-Schuhe mit und wir sehen uns bald wieder!
